Well>……………

I finally remembered  I had this account and the last time I’ve been on here well has been well over a year and I had put some weight on and lost some weight again.  I have been watching what I eat (just eat less) and exercising (walking 7 mths. and cardio on and off)  since January 2009 with my coworkers. I have had my bad days but good days out weight those. I weighted 268 in January 2009 and now weight 248 in July, I know that may not seem like a lot for the time period I have been doing this but I THANK GOD for the weight that has come off. I have went from a size 22-24 to 18-20 and can get into a size 16 but my butt looks squashed. LOL Just wanted to keep you informed.

Well today has been what should I say a it of a pain (HEADACHE)! I have been slacking lately I am ging o start getting back on the treadmill and walk two miles since I have been laid off I know it’s sad but I am a little Happy about that Ican spend some time with my kids and family just alittle boring after awhile. I have been snacking latley and not eating much yesterday I had bacon, two to three oranges, chicken salad sandwich, chips, cookies, and a can of sprite for lunch, for dinner saucer of spegetti and two slices of bread with butter.

I jus wanted to introduce myself to yall my name is Tinka and I am here to lose 150 pounds in 18 months if that is possible, I have really bad problem with sweets and bread. I know if I cut these out I can get rid of my excess problem I’ve done this a few years ago and I was trying to do it then just happened but I liked how I looked then. After two children I have gained over 50 pounds and found out over year ago that I had a hypothyroidism  which can cause weight gain with its many problems but so far I have lost 20 pounds and I am happy about that. I hope to gain some buddies from this site that will be help me with my weight problem I know no one can watch me with everything I put in my mouth but I will be truthful about what I eat  in my journal, like today how I ate about 10 marshmellows, nuggets and fries, juice and brownies nothing healthy about this weekend.
